If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at awalobstores@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Eligible items may be refunded or replaced.

Sale items and final-sale products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
