Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (longer during peak sales or holidays).
Estimated delivery

- Canada / UK / EU: typically 7–20 business days
Oversized items (e.g. large human/pet loungers) may require longer transit.
Tracking
You will receive tracking when available. Early “label created” status with no scan for several days can be normal on some routes.
